On February 29th Converse invited TLK to a press preview of their Sneaker & Merchandise Collection for Spring/Summer 2012. From what we’ve seen, fans of the brand won’t be disappointed.
What’s there to say in regards to a classic sneaker silhouette? A brand that can stand the test of time for over 100 years and a sneaker that crosses the realms and boarders of all cultures. There just isn’t a lot of brands out today where 99% of its silhouettes can be worn for any occasion. Got a wedding to go to or you’re nurse?, they have some crazy white on white’s. Got a business meeting to go to or have a date?, then they have all leather joints. So whether your rockin’, The Jack Purcell’s, Chuck Taylor All Star (o.g’ chucks), All Star Premiums(leathers), DC Comic Chuck Taylors or the Gorillaz and Marimekko Collection, to us sneaker connoisseurs world wide, we just call this brand CHUCKS.
